SOLUTION
I fixed this problem by designing & developing a website using Figma and Shopify.
The design of the website was kept very clean but colorful, aligning perfectly with the client's vibrant products.
In addition to design, I focused on I focused on optimizing the user journey by improving product categorization and creating clear calls-to-action.
To further boost conversion rates, I implemented strategies for key elements like strong product descriptions. I also integrated exit-intent popups offering limited-time discounts, which successfully captured leads that would have otherwise been lost.
As part of this project, I also helped her with email marketing, Facebook advertising, and finding and managing online influencers to help drive more traffic to the website.
